Caller ID ของโทรศัพท์บ้าน True ไม่ขึ้นที่ Asterisk ครับ

คือผมลองใช้เครื่องโทรศัพท์ที่โชว์เบอร์ มันก็ขึ้น Caller ID นะครับ
แต่มาต่อสายเข้าที่ Asterisk ผ่านการ์ด Sangoma มันไม่ได้ Caller ID ครับ
โทรศัพท์บ้านของ TOT ก็ได้เป็นปกตินะครับ ยกเว้นเบอร์นี้เบอร์เดียว ที่ไม่ได้ Caller ID
ไม่ทราบมีท่านใดมีปัญหาแบบผมบ้างหรือป่าวครับ

หรือต้องไปเซ็ตอะไรเพิ่ม ช่วยแนะนำทีครับ

ก่อนที่เบอร์ที่โทรเข้ามาจะเข้า Queue มันจะขึ้นแบบนี้ก่อนทุกครั้งครับ

มันอาจจะเป็นปัญหาที่ Protocol ในการโชว์ CallerID ก็ได้ครับ ผมไม่รู้ว่าของ True ใช้โปรโตคอลอะไร น่าจะเป็น Bell Core

ถ้าใช้ dahdi ลองเช็คที่ไฟล์นี้นะครับ chan_dahdi.conf

cidsignalling=bell

แล้วไม่ทราบว่าเซ็ตไว้กี่ Ring ถึงจะให้ Answer ครับ ลองเซ็ตอย่างน้อย 2 Ring
